He and Tyson have now treated a total of some 7,000 COVID patients. Dr. Fareed explained that patients can almost always be saved when they start the early treatment cocktail within the first five to seven days of symptoms. "We have now treated over 7,000 patients, and there has not been a single death in patients treated within the first five to seven days of the onset of symptoms. NOT A SINGLE DEATH. This (series) includes patients with multiple co-morbidities as well as patients in their nineties!" Dr. Fareed was clear in his testimony at both the US and Italian Senates: "No one needs to die from COVID-19." Perhaps the one physician in the United States who has directly treated more COVID patients than any other individual is also the most credible. He has no financial conflicts of interest. He has no reason to bend the truth. However, the same cannot be said for Dr. Anthony Fauci, who does not directly treat patients with COVID. Dr. Fauci is not a front-line doctor; he is a bureaucrat. The CDC, FDA, and NIH agencies are, in essence, for-profit divisions of the pharmaceutical industry. Due to the patent laws, the researchers receive royalties from vaccines and treatments like Remdesivir, and the institutions also receive massive incomes. Dr. Fareed's early cocktail employed a combination of hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, and nutraceuticals, including zinc, vitamin D, and C. He explained this in his remarks in Rome, "Eighteen months ago, in March 2020, I, along with my colleague Dr. Brian Tyson, began treating COVID-19 patients early in the course of the disease with a combination of medications, initially primarily hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin or doxycycline, and nutraceuticals including zinc, vitamin D and C. As Dr. McCullough explained, medications such as hydroxychloroquine act as ionophores to allow zinc into the cell to interfere with viral replication. As time progressed, so did our treatment, and we added drugs such as Ivermectin, fluvoxamine, and monoclonal antibodies, as well as aspirin and budesonide (steroid) to treat the other aspects of the disease." To put Dr. Fareed's results in perspective, his county, Imperial, located in Southern California, has experienced 30,000 total COVID-19 cases and 750 deaths. Drs. Fareed and Tyson treated over 20% of them, some 7,000 patients, and simple mathematics would have predicted their group would have had their share, or 150, of these deaths. Arguably they had one casualty. Thus, they saved at least 149 patients or 99% with their protocol. Had the United States adopted it when Dr. Fareed advised the United States Senate on November 19, 2020, we could have saved 500,000 of the 650,000 deaths that occurred after his announcement. However, many consumers, especially those who do not study medicine, will trust what the government agencies preach through the media. As a result, many will fall prey to the disinformation campaign perpetrated by Big Pharma.

The Church has insurance for their activities and it is not a big issue to ask the Bishop to assist in making a claim IMHO. Don't really know the circumstances so it's hard to say, but as a long-time Scoutmaster I can say I never saw an adult try to downplay an injury. Those of us here on earth fought together to allow agency because we trusted that Jesus would become our Christ and Savior and would make everything right in the end. I imagine that when Heavenly Father and Jesus taught us about the evils that the natural man would be capable of, we likely couldn't believe what we were hearing. Unspeakable cruelties, and nobody would be exempt from experiencing them - not even the Savior himself. He would be crucified and killed, by some of us in the congregation of the Heavenly Hosts. In fact, all these cruelties would be committed by those of us in the audience. But somehow, we knew the blessings of Eternal Life would be worth the suffering. We could never become Celestial without this earth life. Satan knows this, and though he lost the war in Heaven, he is actively promoting the same falsehoods here on earth - that the Church, the doctrines, the leaders, the members, and all of Jesus and Heavenly Father's plan was and still is unfair and incredibly cruel. Sadly many of the valiant are falling for the second wave of Satan's propaganda machine. I pray constantly that people can remember that they are loved sons and daughters of God, who knew the risks of coming to earth and chose to come anyway. You are right when you say we can't control the flesh. No matter how hard we think, we can't make a hair grow on our head or stop hormones from surging through our bodies. No man or woman should ever feel guilt for their appetites - they are by design. But they can still choose. The fact that your true self, your spiritual self, can stop and yield to the enticings of the Holy Spirit means you have every bit of agency that was promised in the pre-earth council. However, pre-mortal existence is not a widely held doctrine outside of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints so our members may benefit from that faith where others do not. @Godless looks like the vaccination rate mentioned is based on getting both doses according to Harvard's Covid site. 90 million people have the first shot, but only 16 million have the second. Even with 90 million we are only talking a 37.5% vaccination rate. I think you are brushing off the data without analysis. You are right - we are all not informed about Ivermectin because the FDA/CDC and media are doing everything in their power to suppress information that contradicts their narrative. Hard to believe they can't afford breakfast given the current $250-$300 per child per month tax credit being given out each month? Unless that is being used for other payments. In my church experience, 95% of members are terrible at their finances. I would suggest they find somebody they trust, give that person POA over their financial matters, and see what an experienced budgeter can change to improve things. People's pride usually prevents this.

@SpiritDragon there is too much money at stake for Big Pharma, and too much power at stake for Big Government, to allow any cheap, widely available, and safe alternatives to the current vaccines. America is built on profit. Ivermectin threatens profit therefore it is un-American and dangerous.

@Traveler It is interesting how different things look in the macro picture than in the micro. As I look back on all the good men and women that I served with on my mission, and reflect on how so many of them are wandering in the wilderness today due to the issues you mention above, it makes the whole vaccine judgement issue look quite trivial.

In principle we abandoned the Constitution long ago IMHO. If it is still hanging, it is by nanoscale spider silk that has been stretched to infinity.

Over the years my view of the judgment has significantly changed. I see it more as being ready to live a Celestial lifestyle. I believe Christ will look past our weaknesses to see the core of our souls and he will judge whether we have developed a sincere desire and ability to live as His Father lives. Where we have been (our sins) won't matter anymore, it's where are we prepared to go that will matter. Unfortunately, I think there are many people who really don't enjoy or value the principles of Eternal living. They wouldn't be comfortable in that degree of glory. They will be blessed with happiness and joy in another kingdom of glory where they are comfortable. So what is the purpose of the Church? To assist God's children in learning the principles of Eternal Life, and to help them receive the blessings associated with the covenants and ordinances of salvation as soon as they are ready to receive them. @dprh You got that all wrong! It's BYU's defensive strategy called "Planned Confusion". The idea is that you offer so many open paths down the field that there is a moment of "confusion" in which the opposing player hesitates and can be tackled. It usually works until the opposing team realizes that it doesn't matter which hole in the line you choose, they are all good .., 🙁

If BYU wants to win games, any game, every player on the team needs to realize that they are never competing against an opponent - they are competing against themselves. It isn't Utah they need to beat, it's mental mistakes and errors they need to beat. I will be forever grateful for one particular JV soccer coach in my life who worked us into the ground every practice, to a point that we literally hated this coach for his endless demands of perfection in every skill. He was young and had played for the US Olympic team before blowing a knee. He yelled, he pushed, he made you work until your legs and body collapsed to the ground gasping for air. We practiced longer than any other team on the field, often hitting the locker room soaked with mud from diving headers at the end of practice in the rain, walking fully clothed into the showers to rinse off. He didn't care about winning. For the first several games of the season he demanded that we not score a goal, but that we work the ball down to a point where we could obviously attempt a goal shot, and then turn around and work the ball around the entire field again, and again, and again. Opposing coaches were perplexed. He taught us that the way to really win was by demanding excellence from yourself - every minute of every game you were to give give every ounce of energy and thought you could muster from the deepest parts of your soul. Play smart, play hard, and play with solid sportsmanship! He demanded that you complement the good plays of the other team, help them up if they fell down, and he would bench you for the slightest unsportsmanlike conduct. He said that you didn't need to hate the other team in order to do your best. When he finally turned us loose to actually score, we never lost a game. At the end of the season we played the Varsity team before the went to state playoffs. We beat them 3-1, and that was the only day during the entire year that the Varsity team stayed on the field longer than we did. I've never forgotten those lessons. I have kids who graduated from BYU, Utah, and Utah State so I guess I'm happy no matter who wins - and I will hoping that every player does his best.

The historical trend for Presidents (Rep and Dem) to issue more and more Executive Orders and administrative rules, often with dubious legal foundations concerns me. In other countries those types of actions have often been a prelude to the rise of a dictator or a coup - who often justify their actions by saying that they needed to act without checks and balances because it was an emergency. Politicians love to take credit for trends that have already started down. In a few weeks President Biden will try to read his prompt card, point at an updated trend chart, and tell us that he single-handedly saved America from Covid.
