I would like to point something out which I find interesting; if Casey Anthony were found guilty, she would have faced the death penalty. But, she only was suspected of killing one person. Also, the US has let many serial killers/rapists out of the death penalty, and just sentenced them to life in prison, usually without parole. Anyone have any insight?

I find it interesting that killers are getting younger; the youngest serial killer I've been able to find on the internet was only eight. Here is where I found it, though I'm not sure they spelled the kid's name right. Just a side note, Criminal Minds had one episode where a young boy (probably eight or so) killed a bunch of kids, and when he was asked why he did it, said "because I wanted to." Scary!

That was my thought exactly. Best movie ever...LOVE that part, especially her reaction to that.

Violent video games should be banned. They cause insensitivity towards others, and they "teach" that if you die, you come back and fight. The teens who attacked Columbine High, they played Doom (a violent video game) a lot. I say we stop this madness before it gets worse.

I know a kid (14 or 15), and he once wrote on a box "this is a bomb, you are all going to die". Well, he got arrested, and was taken to jail and to juvi. He said it wasn't that bad; all he did was sit around and watch TV. REALLY???

That's probably why they scan teddy-bears at airports, like a three-year-old is a terrorist. Pam, thanks, I was just worried that you might be upset by me asking to see your source.

Why don't they look at the cafeteria food, and also the activity levels in gym class? Everyone knows that diet and exercise are needed to keep obesity at bay. Yet, at my high school, only one year of gym is required to graduate (granted I don't live in SF...) This is why I hate humans.

I'm writing a research paper on why The Book of Mormon can't be proven false, and part of the paper is debunking the myths about The Book of Mormon, and seeing as I don't pay much attention to the slander, I really am not sure what people say about us. Also, part of the paper is comparing Native American legends with our doctrine. Any one able to give some advice?

I'm thinking of being a special needs/Autism teacher for high school. What I was thinking of was getting my AA at the CC and working as an Aide while working on my BA. As for what type of college, just a regular in-state. Nothing fancy.
