lusciouschaos Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 I eat ice cream almost everyday, which is why I don't have a photo attached to my profile. Quote
prospectmom Posted March 29, 2009 Author Report Posted March 29, 2009 (edited) I never ... almost never buy ice cream as I would eat it all as I love ice cream Edited March 29, 2009 by prospectmom spelling Quote
KatrinaC Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 I don't have too much of a sweet tooth, but my favorite desert is probably just ice cream. :) Which is too bad because I am lactose intolerant so I get sick whenever I eat it haha but it usually doesn't stop me. Quote
john doe Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 Fresh strawberry pie, preferably from Marie Callender's. Quote

Lbybug Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 oh i have so many favorite desserts. but i'm going to say one that i rarely have, but it's so delicious. lemon angel food cake. you just get an angel food cake, then cut it up into thin slices. then you mix frozen pink lemonade and cool whip. then you layer the 2 in a cake pan stick it in the freezer til frozen top with shredded coconut. mmmm. so sweet, but so good. prospectmom Posted March 29, 2009 Author Report Posted March 29, 2009 (edited) Littlew-- thanks for the clickable now that I have done it I understand why you did it.. :} gabelpa-- I love pumpkin pie... why a shortage of ingredients? pumpkins or spices...? Edited March 29, 2009 by prospectmom the s and the d are to close together on my keyboard :] Quote
gabelpa Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 Spice mixes are wrong, so I'll have to make that myself next time. Pumpkins are only sold during the week leading up to Halloween, and they're the carving ones, not good for making a pie from. There are smaller squashes available but don't taste right. I'll have to grow my own pumpkins next year. I tried to this year, but the snails ate my pumpkin plant. Quote
eponabri Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 Pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple pie with ice cream, white layer cake, creme brulee, key lime pie. I could give up most other foods for dessert. Quote

It's just different proportions of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves (if you want, add cardamom, mace, or allspice as well). Just Google it. Quote
WANDERER Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 Homemade dutch cinnamon banana cake, warmed up, with a drizzle of maple syrup and a dollup of cream. Or pikelets with the same. I'm not much of a dessert person. I'm addicted to licorice chocolate bullets....lolllieess : ) Quote

Churchmouse Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 My favorite dessert is the Sahara. Oops, wrong dessert. Two scoops of ice cream. One vanilla, one chocolate, marshmallow cream, whipped cream , a cherry on top and sprinkled with chocolate chips. Yum, yum. Quote
havejoy Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake. Nope; no calories there. Quote
Guest Alana Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 Chewy cookies. Either sugar or oatmeal raisin. Not so much with the chocolate. An other thing I really like is angel food cake, jello, whip cream and mandarin orange slices all mixed together. Quote
