Second: work on my physical fitness, through weight lifting and cardio. Three: as relates to my stake calling, teach/push food storage. What, if any, promptings are you receiving? Can't tell you the number of times I have one prepared and Sunday morning comes along and I get a prompting this talk isn't the one. Then change it up. Stand at pulpit and change it more.
