If a geni were to offer you 3 wishes, what would they be?

2) I want my ward to have its very own pageant

3) I want Boyd K Packer to give a conference talk in my ward

2) Financial security.

3) My body in perfect shape with the inability to fall out of shape.

1) To have the financial means to move back to San Diego.

2) To have enough money for a comfortable retirement.

1. Infinite wishes

2. No one else gets any wishes granted

3. A metal mill in my garage

If my one wish was already granted, the universe would be mine...so your wishes are then null and void

1- My first wish is that my children will remember their testimonies and their spouses will reactivate or join the church. And that my grandchildren will be raised with a knowledge of their Savior and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

2. That I will always be strong in building and defending the Kingdom of God.

3. I wish (some times desperately) for the resources to take care of our needs first and be able to help others.

I am reminded of an X-Files episode where the character gets three wishes from a genie. He wished for world peace. The genie just laughed at him.

The character making the wish says something like: "What? You don't have the power to make my wish come true."

She says: "It's done."

Everyone on the Earth after the wish is gone except for him. The character then decides to undo his first wish.

1. To be able to speak to all people the way they want to be spoken to

2. To be a great listener

3. To always put my wife's needs ahead of my own

To me personally asking for children to keep their testimonies is too much taking others agency away.

This was a well thought out response. Nicely said.

Can I still get the metal mill in my garage?

Actually I did witness them beating your Red Sox in 1967.....I was 8yrs old at that time. I dislike the Patriots more than the Red Sox.

I believe there was one in the 40s as well that the Cardinals beat the Sox. I remember my grandfather cursing Bob Gibson because of what he did to the Sox in that series.

Bob Gibson played during the 60's and 70's.
