In all honesty, I still visit here alot, but don't post much. If I have learned anything its --I'm trying to get better. AS you know i used to just post to start something. I now have almost --90% overcome that. I am trying to be more fruitfull ---------maybe it will catch on

I am with Strawberry Fields on this. Snow, was kind enough to try to apologize and it seems that a lot of fun has been poked at him. We complain about someone and they try to make amends and we poke fun.

ok like I say to my daughter sorry means it won't happen again, like Bunzy I will accept apology as I realise it is not something you do easily. I actually even defend you occasionally as I think sometimes its your sense of humour which I find funny but can be offensive.

However just so you know I don't mind blunt, my Mum is a scouser and my Dad a Yorkshireman any British people here can tell you that means blunt and sarcasm/irony is part of my culture. However its not a quality I admire in someone I find it neither honest or honourable when it is used as an excuse to hurt someone or ignore feelings of others. Especially when that person is in a position which requires them to put aside those feelings. I recognise however its something you are willing to work on so good luck and hope you succeed.

Hmmm,

I certainly don't intend to prove anything or even to cease being blunt, or annoying. It is not something I am working on or hope to succeed in. It was brought to my attention that I was causing a member or members of the board some undue stress during a difficult time for them and I wanted to clarify that my intent was not to harm them of drive them from the board. That is true. I wish and hope that people are better from their interaction on this board, not worse. However, I challenge people's paradigms through a particular methodology and look forward to be challenged in return. Many may not like what I do or how I do it but that isn't of terribly great concern to me. However, if I go overboard with my blunticity and cause undue pain to someone who doesn't deserve it, then I've gone to far and should rightly apologize.

As to setting an example - er, I don't think so. I moderate simplly as a technician, to clean up posts and take administrative corrective action. My general philosophy is to say as hands off as possible. I don't let my administrative duties curtail my posting style.
