  1. Do they have anything about tarot cards? While I've never met any psychics, I have met tarot card users (and used and own them myself) or is it the same sort of situation. I never claimed to have powers its...well it would take awhile to explain.
  2. No idea what a mile is lol Perhaps in the future there will be Emergency Priesthood Holograms, or androids.
  3. Yeah I understand-I was being far more broad
  4. well maybe they didn't like the atmosphere or beliefs. People have all sorts of reasons for leaving or changing a church, and I don't often hear of malicious reasons. I've never heard of reasons of food.
  5. that's so sad
  6. Yeah that's what I meant, if none showed up due to some... I donno male only sickness (some Star Trek disease or doll curse) I've never heard of anything like that happening and it seems weird to imagine. I've heard of wards not having a lot of men, but never having 0 at any time.
  7. I wonder how many people are afraid at the insane Rena in my signature
  8. Well what does a ward do if there is very few men there? What happened if there was 0 ?
  9. At first glance at the title I thought you were talking about a completely different Joseph lol
  10. So if you know, the basics of all that, but don't believe it, are you still held in the same regard as someone who fell away or walked away from it?
  11. Yeah the LDS certainly have a nicer view of the afterlife, one of the nicest.
  12. The building I liked to is the Canadian Parlement Building in Ottawa, that's where our Government "does" government things. (well buildings, there's 3 on Parlement Hill)
  13. Dunno why that makes me think of a Sasquach (or Samsquanch as we call them here) but it does!
  14. Legend of Boggy Creek interesting trivia note, there's an anti Mormon cartoon floating all over youtube (made in the 1980s) that takes a music piece from that movie... can't imagine why. Not sure what part of Big Foot makes you think of Mormons but my mind now makes that connection...
  15. Fun fact, when I was small and saw the Salt Lake temple on tv or wherever, I thought it was a government building (as our Parlement looks like this) http://dorisincanada.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/img_81341.jpg and in my child mind I only reconized a church if it had a big cross on it and massive amounts of stained glass
  16. Some just don't think it will work, and if you don't believe in it, can it really work? I get more out of talking to people, prayer to me is almost lonely since I am just talking to myself when sometimes I just need a person to listen. There's no comforting words, or a hug or anything. But thats how I feel. I personally wonder where I can get some good shoes for Makemake, and what sort of future outfits he should have-he kind of looks like he should be in the Village People, and for someone who is in a relationship with 4 different girls, that isn't the outfit he should have... Oh doll problems...
  17. I always found LDS temples to be some of the most interesting religious buildings on the planet
  18. so no Val Kilmer from Top Gun? I guess those are in a different set of nerds, then the con kind...oh I have many a con tale...
  19. pumpkin spice latte is like... really good but I go really weird and... yeah it's just left at its best I don't consume it anymore
  20. I wonder why I can't get beyond thunderdome!
  21. bah, hogwash! I submit a challenge to enter thunderdome with me! two men enters, one man leaves!
  22. I've spent my whole life around nerds and the like and I have never seen anyone close to that. No one at any of the anime cons, doll cons, comicons, anycons, nowhere. They're fabricated characters for TV, nothing more, not at all real people. Socially awkward people in those circles aren't like that, sorry to break the illusion.
