There's no cancer in my family, and as long as I take care of myself, I can reduce the chance of getting diabetes which unfortunately, runs in my family. I have not weighed myself in quite some time so I hope I overestimated my weight...I do not own a scale but want to. And yes that was very thorough and so was the feedback.
