Guest DeborahC
Yes :::sigh::: yet another WOW question, but this one is more specific. If you are LDS, WHAT do you eat/drink for breakfast? Do you have a regular breakfast drink? What gets you going in the morning?
Dravin
My weekday breakfast is a microwaveable breakfast sandwich and a Diet Dr. Pepper. Weekend breakfast tends to be the same sans the soda, though I'll often skip breakfast on the weekends.
RipplecutBuddha
I prefer milk or OJ, but walmart's sugar free soft drink mix is also common.

I have to say I like the Lime Margarita (it tastes like Limeade), that tends to be my daytime at home drink. I have a pitcher in the fridge at all times (of some flavor). Bini
★☆ I'm a big water drinker and easily drink 8 cups of it a day. I rarely drink other beverages but on some mornings I'll get a glass of OJ or milk.
NeuroTypical
If I'm on top of life, I get up at 5:30 AM and drink water while driving to the gym. For the other 99% of the mornings, I'll have yogurt, apple, oatmeal, something like that. I just wake up. Don't need anything to get going in the morning. skalenfehl
Probably something like a bowl of oatmeal with berries, a tall glass of whey protein with a banana on the side. Or if it's a heavy duty workout day, a plate of eggs and bacon or a small steak, one avocado, wheat toast. Depends on the day.
bytor2112
Three eggs scrambled w/ some cheese and turkey sausage and some OJ....if I am in a rush, (2) burrito's from Mc donalds and diet coke with a splash of real coke for some flavor. Backroads
OJ if we have any. I have been drinking orange juice like crazy lately.
SisterSarah
Ahhh how would I make it without my water cooler. Being a health nut, I fill up a glass with "Airborne" and a power packet of b12 vitamin thing and it tastes like citrus and gives me that morning life. Loads of Vitamins so good for the immune system too. A while later I like protein shakes for breakfast. Sometimes an egg and toast. When I get ambitious I make pancakes. MorningStar
I usually have a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, sometimes a handful of almonds, and water. Eggs maybe once a week. I don't have much of an appetite in the mornings and after I do eat breakfast, I usually feel sick for a couple hours.

A fiber-infused glass of water to down my multivitamin, omega-3 fish oil tabs, b-complex, and ginko-biloba. The other one is not WoW-compliant--nectar of Seattle. Wingnut
Greek yogurt with homemade granola mixed in. If the yogurt is really tart, I'll have some water afterward, but not always.
Milluw
Either i make a smoothie, or i eat some rye bread, fruits, oatmeal or muesli. Really depends on what im in the mood for that morning. Of drinks - some tea or some water. Usually prefer to have some water in the fridge with some lemon and lime slices in it, yummm.
