Yes :::sigh::: yet another WOW question, but this one is more specific.

If you are LDS, WHAT do you eat/drink for breakfast?

Do you have a regular breakfast drink?

What gets you going in the morning?

I prefer milk or OJ, but walmart's sugar free soft drink mix is also common.

Do you mean they're Crystal Light type stuff? I have to say I like the Lime Margarita (it tastes like Limeade), that tends to be my daytime at home drink. I have a pitcher in the fridge at all times (of some flavor).

Ahhh how would I make it without my water cooler.

Being a health nut, I fill up a glass with "Airborne" and a power packet of b12 vitamin thing and it tastes like citrus and gives me that morning life. Loads of Vitamins so good for the immune system too.

A while later I like protein shakes for breakfast. Sometimes an egg and toast. When I get ambitious I make pancakes.

Either i make a smoothie, or i eat some rye bread, fruits, oatmeal or muesli. Really depends on what im in the mood for that morning. Of drinks - some tea or some water. Usually prefer to have some water in the fridge with some lemon and lime slices in it, yummm. ^_^

Protein shake, chocolate, with banana and peanut butter, some ice, blended.

or oatmeal with cinnamon and blue berries and an egg
