Totally true for the Mormon women in my neck of the woods. This also includes many of my relatives. That said, it doesn't even come close to describing me but then again, I don't really fit that "Mormon girl" profile.

Hey 3 out of 25.

Let me guess:

1. The bachelorette

2. Frozen Yogurt

3. Wearing Neon Workout Clothes to ’80s Parties

:P

P.S. Unspoken, still in the closet:

4. Taylor Swift (don't deny it)

A lot of them seemed true for the younger married women in my ward.

How can they wear the tank top w/lace? Under garments? Over garments - and then another shirt? Only before endowments?

The Pinterest thing drives me bonkers. Why???? And I have now been to enough functions at members' homes to dig the mason jar thing. And yeah, we have a few photographers and graphic designers in our ward. Comes in handy sometimes.

I tried Pinterest last year and I got so utterly bored with it that I abandoned it entirely.

*gasps* Blasphemy. Pinterest is the hot diggity.

Of course I can't be a social media director without using all forms of social media. :)

But I can't stand google+ but still have to use it as well for work.

I was in Utah last August for my niece's wedding and I noticed that a lot of the young women, with or without children would wear a t-shirt and over top of the t-shirt was a tank-top. I found it a strange fashion statement.

This is a Utah thing, though, likely heavily influenced by Mormon culture and trend. When I see this dress style, I'd be willing to bet money that the woman in question is LDS. To clarify, a tank over a t-shirt isn't a bad thing (maybe bad fashion but that's it).

A tank under a t-shirt makes it possible to wear otherwise low-cut or too-short shirts. The lacy part is just a little pretty and dressed up-ish.

Mormon Girls and What they Love.

The byline is great.

LOL!! Someone didn't pay very close attention when they took the screen shot for #1 -- check out the recipe for the drink!

Omigosh, I HATE trendy Mormon (Utah, specifically) baby names! (Please reference Seriously, So Blessed!...)

I can't stand Taylor Swift anymore, for the record. And I will never be on board with the mustache fad.

I don't have the patience for The Bachelor(ette) -- I just throw things at the screen.

I plead the fifth on most of the rest...

Not a Utah thing. I've seen it in Cali too.

Not as much in California but rethinking this, it is definitely a "Mormon trend".

Don't much like pinterest, can't stand the bachelorette, I like unique names but NOT made-up franken-names, I DO have several lace-trim camis, and I did wear workout clothes to an 80's-themed Halloween Zumba class. :D
