If a unemployed pilot response to a friend or family member ask them to be a janitor and his responce would be "WHAT. you want me to be a janitor to pay the bills..no way, I am to good for that?". I can imagine a response like this would be all to common with a working professional that would scoff or put down another person, simply because they need to do any job to pay the bills. I wonder if there is a term in the dictionary that defines the very action of dropping all your ego, arrogance and any other thought, to do the lowest job on the social income scale just to pay the bills. A great family, friends would never mock, put down or be of gossip or laughter simply because he/she had to take this step. Is there only one single word that would define this moment?

We can all be thankful we have a roof over our heads, food on the table and a warm bed to sleep in. Now, I wonder if any of these families prepared for the worst? Couple times in my life I had 10 grand sitting in the checking account just for emergency reasons.

5.50 usd. We pay way to much in fuel taxes "over 50%" because of global warming taxes and everything else.

Its just a simple fact, that it is a DNA issue, not a sin issue. I knew one, she is now a he. And I did not know this fact at work. Its also a known fact with MRI images, that lesbian brains are wired like that of a male, male gas is wired like that of a female. It is just nature the DNA process did not complete or stalled the process to be either 100% female or male.

Got in a big fight last night and feel terrible!
bcguy replied to girlygirl's topic in Marriage and Relationship Advice
Mom is paranoid, her dad has anger manamgnet. Now combine those in one woman, that was the one I marries who was very good at hiding some of the worst of those traits untill we lived together after sealing. She was a nut case in the beging of our marriage. Has lots of anxiety issues and hates getting embarrassed as well as her photo taken. She is a control freak over events, and things in the house. Is this like you? -
How about " If you were given a choice to give all of your personal belonging away to recieve your temple recomend, would you ?" Do you mas$%te ? sick Do not know why these questions are asked. He was by the way, a vascular Surgeon.

Abusive or Bi-polar boyfriend?
bcguy replied to shulace76's topic in Marriage and Relationship Advice
Genetics!!! I cannot say it enough! My mother inlaws daughter is nuts half the time. She got it from her dad. My wife is very emotional. She got it from her parents. Mom is paranoid and dad has anger problems. My wife has both those issues but only it shows when under stress. Wifes friends brother has REALLY control/anger issues. He got it from his dad who was a nutcase. I suggest your boyfriend or husband seek a doctor for possible bipolar or depression. I was kind of like your boyfriend until I went on depression pills. My mom and her mom are on depression pills. I may have inherited the depression from my mom. Feel chipper and good mood most of the time and also....very productive. Lastly, did he ever have a head injury to the prefrontal cortex ? -
Now take the opposite spectrum. My wife's mormon parents have been bickering and fighting for 40 years. Ever wonder why my wife can be difficult at times?

I am a bit of a prankster. I like that web site on the odd things you can buy. Like the zombie to! How about this? -A fake look alike cat that is flat with tire marks on it. when it meows, pull it under the door! -Mount some wheels on the cat and use it as a sCATeboard -Make a fake looking great white shark that pops out of the toilette when you open the lid. On the lid of the toilette, it says "have a great time in Hawaii! :)

Well, some of the kitties are real. After studying the picture, some have been cloned with the clone tool. Regardless, it looks funny.

When I was a green mechanic on the military helicopters, the tech Sargent asked me to goto the hanger and get some "prop wash" and the part number was "icu812". I walked 1/8 of a mile to the hanger, and they could not find anything like that Now, talking about gullible. I was told of two stories of Airforce mechanics playing with the heads of Marines on there aircraft. The pilot shouted to the mechanic "we cannot start the engines!" so the mechanic said, "guys, we need to start the engines, go outside and push start the helicopter" they fell for it :) Second case, Sikorsky ch53 was flying with 20 marines aboard. The aircraft started to nose dive. The Flying crew chief/mechanic ran to the back of the aircraft and started to pump a hydraulic pump by hand. The aircraft started to ascend and level off. The second time the aircraft started into gradual drive. The Mechanic was tired and could not do any more. Two marines got up and grabbed the pump stick to pump the hydraulic piston but, it did not happen as the two marines were fighting over the pump stick. BTW, the hydraulic hand pump is only for pre-charging the accumulator...which is only to start a small turbine engine. Nothing to do with flying

This is a good one. My step dad encountered two ladies looking for the white house in Washington. He was thinking, you mean the capital and Whitehouse? they said yes, well, you are in OLYMPIA WASHINGTON, Washington DC is 3,500 miles to the east.

Take for example the snowball fight my brother had with his friends. My brother then, a teenager, came racing to the back sliding door, ran into the kitchen with a snowball flying though the opening, smashing into the china hutch. I said great. We thought about it and said, we will wait until mom discovers the missing window "we cleaned up the glass pieces" Six month later, she was cleaning the windows on the hutch, when she almost fell though the one that was missing. She called me and my brother in to ask us what happened to the window. We smirked, "well my brother came running into the house, snowball in tow hit the window six months ago! She said WHAT? six months ago? You mean I have been sitting at the kitchen table to eat dinner and never saw it?. Our reply yup! we had a good laugh :) Mom TOTALLY ignores the troubles in the world and we can fool her into thinking there is a new resort going in at Libia or Somalia

Well, earth has reached a new milestone. The planet will have seven billion people on the planet by the end of the month. I really just wonder how much more it can take before stress on food productions, livable space and water issue become a really serious and challenging issue? I live in one of the fastest growing cities in Canada. I have seen a huge increase in immigrants coming here from some of these developing countries and it is putting stress in our city as more and move here. The traffic is getting worse and worse as well as other issue such as utility issues, school crowding and sky rocketing real estate cost. As a result of all these issues, we are loosing allot of members from our ward. They are moving east into the valley where it cost less to live, or live close to the new temple, or they are moving out of the province into Alberta where the cost of living is much less. The majority of the ethnic asian population that immigrated here in the last ten-15 years typically buy 1,500 square foot ramblers, crush them with a backhoe, then builds a 4,500 monster house. There are 20,000 or more of these homes here...most illegally modified to have the secondary suites rented out...by this one ethnic population. Video - Breaking News Videos from CNN.com Frustrating.

I have bipolar disorder and ADHD...

Long ago, the daughter would have fits "mania happy then I said no, we are not going to the store. she would then collapse onto the ground Indian style and start crying. She did this several times and I was thinking to my self "what is up with this girl". It was frustrating to say the least. I just wish more people in the world would show more compassion to people who suffer from depression and mental illness. I know our next door neighbor had it. Wow, she was so out of it when she was not on her meds. She said the FBI and aliens are after her and showed alot of distressed emotion. She would be at the hospital for some time, then reside in the apartments. The one day, I was told she died from breast cancer. Another woman across from me was 24 years of age did not work, and carred for her daughter. She suffered from anxiety issues. One morning while I was asleep, police came to her place and she had died in the middle of the night "unknown reasons" and the ambulance took her body away. -
It was a dare by a company in Vancouver BC that started the Wall street movement, which is now world wide. Global News | How a Vancouver tweet launched Occupy Wall Street I see it on the news at times, but to busy with other things to show to much interest.

Yet another weird question, regarding life after death
bcguy replied to LeKook's topic in LDS Gospel Discussion
I have not had messages spoken to me but, ability to see events. I think it started happening when I was in my teens. some call it intuition. My particular cases are seeing future events like: -Seeing a car 30 seconds into the future that crossed into our path at a intersection. Trees were the blind spot and told mom to swerve to the far left as I just saw the cars corner come into view. We saved the drivers life, and possibly our own. - Had a bad bad vibe our neighbor was going to get rapped. two days or so latter, she was rapped and moved her two kids with her from Washington to Alaska. -I was on the opposite side of a mobile home, saw though moms eyes as she fell to the ground hard. I had a uneasy feeling something happen and went to other side mom broker her leg in a fall. -Two days before the great Tsunami that hit Indonesia, I was in a vision of standing on a beach some where tropical. Debris was all over the beach and the village was totally destroyed. I then said to my wife "One of the greatest earthquake in history is going to happen on Christmas say. When we got to my moms and dads house, we were looking over cnn for the next two days, until it was late Christmas day when the quake hit. So yes, predictions, clairvoyance abilities can happen. BTW, how far back can you remember your childhood? Not that plays any ability in special abilities I just can remember when I was in the crib. -
Take a product that is manufactured over seas. The worker that manufactures it, does not have to worry about rent "housing supplied by the company". Does not need a car "housing on factory grounds". Does not need food "food supplied to dorm like kitchens". Works 12 hours a day or more seven days a week. -VS- Product made at home. Factory worker rents of pays a mortgage. Factory worker has to have a car or take the city buss. Factory work pays half of medical insurance. Factory worker gets paid much better. In the end, the products made at home cost more, simply because of the cost to employee that employee.

My comment? everybody is fallible. How is your bishop? emotional? Calm? Depends on his personality and how he takes these kind of things. Everyone sins, but dont remind him of this just state you made a mistake and slipped off the road of truthfulness and want to get back on it.

Seems he has a good collection of silver dollars. I have no seen his collection for a very long time but was amazed at his collection. I should ask him about it. See if he knows its value, or better yet, what coins are in the collection. BTW, seen the price of gold? amazing. Been thinking of doing some amateur prospecting here in BC.
