Has LDSaudio.com closed shop? I had a load of media from them on my external HDD which just died so went to re-download but cannot find the site any more. Has it gone or changed it's name? Help would be greatly appreciated :)

Handguns were banned after some nutter went on a rampage and shot a load of primary kids and their teachers a good few years back, you can still get a shotgun license but it's very hard to do so. Fox hunting with dogs has been banned since around 2004 but you can still go and shoot them with your shotgun if your a farmer I believe!

I think its just one of those cultural divides. Not being from the USA and not seeing guns here in the UK very much other than in films and occasionally you see an armed police officer its just strange to read about people carrying firearms. I remember the first time I went to Northern Ireland where the police are armed and just staring at the first policeman I saw because he had a gun. I guess its just a common sight over in the US to see armed police and being able to carry weapons yourself.

I just don't see how the carrying of a gun or the intended use of one fits in with the teachings of Jesus Christ? For example Matt 5 38-41: Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: 39But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. 40And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also. 41And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. 42Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away. So if Jesus is saying we should not resist evil surely shooting them is doing just that? There's no footnote saying unless of course you have your gloch in your pocket, then whip it out and put a cap in his arse. Just my thoughts.

Isn't it about time they were bombed by NATO for the frequent violations and attacks on its citizens in the same way there doing in Libya? Israel doesn't want peace they just want to grab as much land as possible before there forced to the table to finally give back the land they have no actual claim to.

Not really, it is a very moving movie which brings home the terrible cruelty that crucifiction is and shows what the saviour endured so we might gain salvation. Its a movie about faith and the hope that comes from that faith. Though it's not suitable for children, that does not mean its a pornography of violence and it certainly isn't crap.

I've never heard of this coupon thing before, is it a US thing or do other countries do it aswell? Where do you get all these coupons from, do you have to go somewhere to collect them or do you get them from magazines or newspapers?

Like I've said, I've not had any experience of hooters or any place like it in the UK, I was a little shocked when I did a google search and looked for hooters. From the pics I viewed it certainly looked like they play to the sexual side of things with regards to their waitresses. So I doubt it would be a place I would take my family to for a meal.

I would also recommend that book, I'm reading through it at the moment and its quite a refreshing read!

Just watched this movie and it was good, if a little different! It's about a family who move out to the countryside after their father is murdered and then the country looses all power due to some kind of terrorist attack. It's a bit far fetched in places but has an all LDS cast and crew!
