john doe Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 I rarely eat scones, so my diet is perfect. It is a little upsetting to see that I can enjoy the double-double in Utah but I can't eat it in California. Good thing they have Jack-In-The Box. Quote
siouxz72 Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 I can honestly say that I have never indulged in a corney dog! ...but I would like to =] Quote

jennvan Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 Oh yeah! The food for KS is burnt ends and they are a must have when you come visit BBQ country. :) Quote
Guest Godless Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 Maryland: I've never heard of Smith Island Cake, let alone eaten it. I want some now though! Texas: I don't like corn dogs. Quote
pam Posted March 28, 2011 Author Report Posted March 28, 2011 I would have thought the food for Texas would be something like a 10 lb steak. Quote
beefche Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 Fried brain sandwich? In Indiana? I have never heard of it--never heard of ANYONE talking about it. I think this study is skewed--I would imagine it would be the 1 foot in diameter fried pork sandwich that many restaurants boast about. And yep, I love the fried pork sandwich. I don't get them often, but dang they are so yummy! Quote
john doe Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 Fried brain sandwich? In Indiana?I'm just gonna do the Christian thing now and walk away before I get tempted to say something about Hoosiers. Quote
Aino Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 What a waste of calories... Most of these don't even look tasty. Quote
Backroads Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 I adore scones.... yummy. Heck, everything looked delicious. And looking at the In-and-Out Burger made me all the more excited to have one coming to my city! Quote
livy111us Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 I just found a place that has the BEST scones ever, but it is in Utah.Sill's Cafe - Layton, UT, 84041 - CitysearchYummy! Quote
pam Posted March 28, 2011 Author Report Posted March 28, 2011 This is making me hungry. How could you be hungry with all that chocolate you are hoarding? Quote
Jennarator Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 Easy, I'm afraid to eat it for fear I might not be able to buy more! Quote
Iggy Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 I agree with Aino not very many of those foods even looked appetizing. The one for Oregon- Brunchbox's Redonkadonk, never ever heard of it. There is only one location - Portland. Arizona: Quadruple Bypass Burger - there is only ONE location, It is the Heart Attack Grill in Chandler. Been through Chandler many, many times - all of my specialist Dr's (ear, eyes, heart) are in Chandler. NEVER saw this place. Quote
Dravin Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 I really miss Jack in the Box. I have to make sure I stop there everytime I go through St. George.I rarely eat scones either. Sconecutters is nasty.I lived with my sister in Boise for a year, I picked up a Jack-in-the-Box addiction. I was occasionally able to feed it on my mission but North Utah is a wasteland. And now I'm moving out east(ish).../me checks locations.Hey! They have Jack-in-the-Box in Alton, IL. That's not too insanely far from the St. Louis temple.../me ponders the possibilities. Quote
dahlia Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 Hot beef sundae. Why people, really, just why? Quote
Dravin Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 (edited) Hot beef sundae. Why people, really, just why?Because it's delicious? Actually, a bowl of mashed potato with some beef and gravy seems rather timid for such a list. Of course my home state boasts the Eskimo Ice cream. Edited May 11, 2011 by Dravin Quote
seeking_peace Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 I have never had a Luther Burger. I have never eaten a Luther Burger. And I will never eat a Luther Burger. A cheeseburger between two donuts? Ummm...Noooo. But a lot of that other stuff looked good. Maybe I need to move? Quote
Dr T Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 Oh yeah. Double Double with gilled onions add pickle! Quote
Dravin Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 Oh yeah. Double Double with gilled onions add pickle! The thing is you can simply build up to make it worse for your arteries, "I'll have a quintuple quintuple please, animal style." Quote
