PolarVortex Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 I was thinking something rather more like this: Quote
askandanswer Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 (edited) Yes Honor, we haven't done our traditional photo shot in a long time. This is from a previous traditional photo shoot? Where did you get the gown from Pam? Edited February 16, 2015 by askandanswer Quote
Guest Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 This is from a previous traditional photo shoot? Where did you get the gown from Pam? That's not Pam. I don't see gumdrops. If only we non-Utahn's can get tickets to conference... it's like winning the lotto over here. Quote
slamjet Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 I'm not going because JAG's not going. Well, really, I can't go anyhow. mordorbund 1 Quote

PolarVortex Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 I'm not attending the conference either. I was able to reschedule some things so I'll be passing through SLC on the night of our little dinner. I figured the hotel rates would be in the stratosphere, but they seemed like regular rates to me. I wonder if most conference attendees are local who drive in for the day and then go home? Quote
Honor Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 (edited) This is from a previous traditional photo shoot? Where did you get the gown from Pam?I resent the assumption that I look THAT much like a dude! I'd at LEAST shave for the occasion! Edited February 17, 2015 by Honor askandanswer and pam 2 Quote
Honor Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 I was thinking something rather more like this: This would be a little more realistic of Pam in that dress... classylady, askandanswer, Palerider and 1 other 4 Quote

pam Posted February 25, 2015 Author Report Posted February 25, 2015 Would anyone have any objection to Chinese Food? And to go to a place that is not fancy at all. Seriously our group would probably take all of the tables and chairs that are there. :) It's a small "mom and pop" kind of place. But I go to this place often. The food is excellent. The young Chinese couple that own it work 7 days a week there. They are just THE nicest people. I love being able to support a small business whenever possible. Quote
Just_A_Guy Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 Is that Red Lantern, on 90th? I think we've been there before (not that I'm complaining). Quote
pam Posted February 25, 2015 Author Report Posted February 25, 2015 No this is a different place. It's called Mulan and it's next to the Southtowne expo in a small strip mall. Quote
pam Posted February 25, 2015 Author Report Posted February 25, 2015 It really depends on what our final headcount is though. We still have time to make a decision. Quote
classylady Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 I'm okay with anything as long as the price isn't exorbitant. Quote
pam Posted February 25, 2015 Author Report Posted February 25, 2015 Chinese sounds good to me Did you get the night off? Quote
Vort Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 Would anyone have any objection to Chinese Food? Would anyone have any objection to free money? Or to puppies? Anyone object to them? Any objections to filial love? Anyone have a problem with happy babies? Any objections to happiness, contentment, and utter bliss? Anyone? Anyone? "Objection to Chinese food", indeed.
