I am a non-member and this will be my first time attending and I’d like some advice on what would be appropriate to wear. I was planning on wearing the dress linked below with 2 inch open toe nude heels. Since the dress is sleeveless, I will wear a cardigan with it. Does this sound like it will be appropriate? Please let me know if you have any suggestions. The Anglo female civil servants were very staid and they reacted negatively to ‘toe cleavage’ being able to see any part, even a glimpse, of a toe.
