I would be fine with  an arranged marriage if my dad was the one choosing for me. I trust my dad 100 percent. He knew I would marry my husband before I knew that I even liked my husband.

My mom deciding who I would marry, no way. Dad yes.

And you pay way more for it. My husband had to have the east side. We have a much smaller house than I wanted because its on the east side.

It's all in the power. Kids can't go to school without vaccines without a waiver.  Thankfully my dd has one. For many parents, it is forcing them.

No. I know the fear and worry when it comes to vaccinating children. I would never want to force parents to vaccinate their child.

There is a very good chance my daughter will die if vaccinated.  I have been told that it's a risk that I should take for the better good of other people. She will never get another vaccine again.

I have a child that is mostly unvaccinated.  She had a horrible reaction to vaccines. The mmr was one of the worst.  We ended up at the er in the middle of the night. My daughter qas struggling to breathe from a very 106 high fever. We were told no more vaccines.  I struggled with the idea of vaccinating my next children. It makea me sick at the idea of it happening to them.

I will never judge a parent for doing what they think it best for their children.  My fully vaccinated child got whopping cough. I don't blame whomever gave it to him. I would feel the same way with any thing we vaccinate for.

I would have a teal one and maybe a mother of pearl one too. My husband laughed at me when we were shopping for my carry gun. I would stare at the kimbers. I got a basic black 9 mm. It does all that I need and it's fun to shoot.

My grandpa says Montana has three seasons July, August and winter. Their little town got snowed in for a month once.
I like the look of snow.  I hate having to go out in it all day with the dogs and chickens. My poor girls won't leave their coop. They do not like this white stuff. Poor silly things.

Because they were from work. In other situations, they may have appealed to me. I could block attraction at work because it doesn't belong there.  If I met them other places, who knows what I would have felt.

For me, A man needs to be tall with broad shoulders. I love deep voices.  A man who my dog likes and kids adore is very attractive.  I like a man's man who can be gentle. I also don't like men who are prettier than me. He can be better looking, but not prettier. haha.

I would be lost if my father hadn't taught me the gospel. Mom did all the stuff that she was supposed to do. Family prayers, morning and night. She must have prayed 4 times each morning with different kids and dad. Scripture studies each night. Family home evening.
My dad taught us in simple ways. He was teaching us without us knowing what he was doing. He is the reason that I have a testimony.  I know my sibling feel the same.  If my dad hadn't done what he did, none of his kids would be in the church.
My mom did all she could, but she didn't have the impact that my dad did. My kids seem to grasp gospel things better when it comes from their dad.  I am thankful for the men in my life.

LadyGunnar got a reaction from let’s roll in Brainwashing our Children with Religion
I teach my children how I was taught. Simple truths and example. My mom and dad joined the church while dad was in the navy.  It changed their lives so much. My parents had very rough childhoods. They are the only ones in their families to break the cycle of abuse and alcoholism.
My parents set great examples for me.  When questioned on if the church was true, I stumbled.  Then I knew it was true because  my father knew it was.  I was a young 15 year old and that was the start of finding my own testimony.  I set out to find what I believed with the help of my parents.  I was never told what to believe. I was taught what my parents believe to be true.
Questions were answered.  It was never this is what the church believes.  It was this is what I believe.  I was taught much of the gospel in a barn waiting for a calf or foal to be born.  I was taught in how they lived the gospel. Things that they never knew I saw. I am thankful for my parents.
