Hey all-

Some of you know that I've been staying at my mom's house for the summer. Well, the stay's over- I'll be flying out to Utah tomorrow, then heading to California to sell security systems.

This is a big, exciting step for me! This could be a very, very profitable job and an ideal situation for me to get some key growth that I need. Also, I'll be very busy and won't have as much time for these forums.

Keep the faith!

I don't know how long I'll be in Utah- just a few days. Meeting a friend there then we're going to drive down to California. He has family in Utah right now (don't know who).

Just wondering if we would have the chance to meet ya.

I think I'll only be in Utah for a few days at the max.

I'll be selling for Stone Alarm security. Not the best BBB rating, but it's a job... Plus, I got a very nice living arrangement for the next two months- perfect to get a monetary foundation under my feet to move forward. My savings have dried up.

Hope to see you around again soon Max. I'm glad that change has finally come for you - hope that it turns out to be everything that you hope. And, do let us know if there's a chance we can get a group together last minute here in Utah. Good luck!

Lucky! I hope you get to see Santa Cruz and San Fran and San Diego. Ohhh and Glamis Sand Dunes, now that's a sight. GL, I hope you sell a lot of stuff :D

My home is open if you have a chance to stop for a get-together with folks here. I'm 1/2 hour north of SLC. Seriously, if you need a place to crash for a night, or a few days, I'm game.

Good luck. and be prepared, Good money in Kentucky, is a lot different then good money in California. Quite a difference in the cost of living.

So true- my cousin moved form WA to CA for a good paying job- within months he was delivering pizzas to make ends meet (even delivering one to his boss' place... akward...).

Good luck max- keep in touch!

I have been in sales for 34 years and never been long without a job. Believe in what you sell and you will always be successful. Tell only the truth and you will not have to remember what you told someone.
