Husband had one time affair
Sunday21 replied to katiebigs's topic in Marriage and Relationship Advice
I am a convert. Used to drink. But as a adult, did not consume more than one alcoholic beverage unless I was at home or with my husband. If you drink, you need rules for yourself. -
This is a great tool! Thanks so much!

Mormonhub headlines that I want to see: Serious and Silly

@Vort soooo funny! -
This web page describes a bit of the history of the formation of the Bible from various writings. The New Testament was put together over a period of 200 years. Methodist Source http://www.umc.org/what-we-believe/our-christian-roots-the-bible Quote:The New Testament as we know it was formed and adopted by church councils between A.D. 200 and A.D. 4

Newlywed Considering Dvorce

I think the OP needs a professional. I was once married to someone who was quite disturbed. I described his behaviour to a family doctor and the dr told me firmly to end the marriage. I then went to about 3 therapists and they all told me very quickly that the marriage needed to be over. From this experience, I suspect that counselor can identify if there is a chance to reform a spouse or not. -
My family likes @LadyGator much more than they like me! Really? Cough, cough! How amazing is that? We would never have thought that! 🤣

Have you noticed how the Brethern shake hands? One arm to the side. Other hand extended. Lots of space between the bodies. No using one hand to pull in.

Mormonhub headlines that I want to see: Serious and Silly For me: Serious Charity for Church Members: What do leaders say about homelessness and other charity questions. The changes in the church name. Sample conversations. How do you refer to the church name In conversation. Eg. My friend got into a complex road accident and ended up making friends with everyone. I said: Previosly,. That’s so Mormon of you! Now: How like a Member! (Sounds exclusionary to me). Advice Column for Ward Members with advice from RS presidents and Priesthood Leaders in different countries. Eg What to do with frequent requests from ward members for funraiding eg please buy chocolate bars, vitamins. For Me: Silly. Pictures of Sisters with modest versions of local fashions. Church versions of local tv shows and movies with gospel approaches to the protagonist’s issues. Eg Princess Bride: Bullying young woman and Wesley (right name?). Wesley talks to Bishop. Young Women’s President stages intervention with bullying blonde young woman. Or bullying blonde reads improving article in Ensign.

A friend of mine drove to hear Pres N speak. Apparently he is frequently woken during the night with revealation about the church. He keeps a notebook by his bed. His wife needs to leave during this time. He now gets up and goes to a closet so that he does not disturb her. He talked about the important of parenting. He was very impressed that we have children in our ward choirs.

I was horrified the first time I watched The Big Sick by all the F bombs. The second time I watched it, I barely noticed. In the interim, I have started swearing silently to myself. Profanity becomes part of you.

Agree with @LiterateParakeet Depends a lot on the culture and personalities involved. By the way, if grandma provides even a little assistance, you owe her. She deserves the odd picture, attendance at kid’s birthday party, include in Saturday outing to McD’s. Be grateful!

Can you space out the visits? Go once a month? If so, you may be fine. The parent is really the person doing the therapy. The therapist can teach the parent, reassess the child and adjust the therapy program.

So terribly sorry to hear of your situation. I hope that you see your bishop soon. -

Different jurisdictions have different laws. But in my jurisdiction, if you did not remove the husband from the home, you could lose custody of the child.
