  1. Hi Christy! Welcome to the site!:)
  2. I would talk with your roommate. I'm sensing some red flags here too!
  3. Bonjour Chloe, Welcome to the site!
  4. Welcome Tammy! I hope that you enjoy the site!:)
  5. Correction: "The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner" by Stephenie Meyer This book is only about 179 pages. It will give you a little more insight into one of the newbie vampires that were created to destroy Bella and the Cullens coven! I enjoyed reading this novella and I hope that you do too! There is another newbie vampire that left the group before they attacked the Cullens. His name is Fred and I'm hoping that Stephenie writes a book about him too!
  6. Welcome to the site and good luck on your journey!
  7. I just wanted to comment on the youtube video, "My New Life". I know that it would be very hard for the couple to face the stares and adjust to the challenges that they will encounter everyday since the plane crash. But it is truly refreshing to see how they have remained with a positive outlook on life! Thanks for sharing this video!:)
  8. I would like to thank each of you for being so kind and thoughtful! Best wishes! Jenni
  9. Both of my brothers have a Magic Jack. One uses cable super high speed internet and it has great sound quality. My other brother has DSL and sometimes there is a skip in the sound. Neither one has trouble with extra spam though.
  10. My comments here are a repeat of what I posted on the "Man on a Mission" thread. Hi Erik! I first met Erik about a year ago when he joined our MormonteenWorld website and then in chat or PM's on LDS.net. He has always presented a loving and caring attitude to everyone and he has been especially helpful to those that are struggling. Through his post ......he has comforted teens with self esteem issues, eating disorders, troubled home environments, dealing with peer pressures and maintaining high standards! I've checked out his website and he has assembled an impressive crew of top notch writers! I would like to encourage everyone to check out his site or visit with him in chat. He is a very knowledgeable young man and I think that he will make an excellent missionary! :)

  14. Below is a link that I found on the subject. The website is closed now, but I saved some of the pics that were on it! Maybe it was a hoax? I don't know! The Lost Civilization of North America - DVD Alice Kehoe, PhD Anthropology, Harvard University "The idea that American First Nations had never achieved anything worth preserving has resulted in the wanton destruction of thousands and thousands of earth constructions, mounds, embankments, figures and settlements. So we have lost incalculable amount of archeological data because of no appreciation of their value for historical purposes." Some of the maps of sites that Squier and Davis surveyed are our only knowledge today that these sites ever existed. Thousands of structures, mounds and other constructions were wantonly destroyed and artifacts were hidden away and discredited. Why were these sites and artifacts not preserved? The answer can be found in the 19th century doctrine of Manifest Destiny and in the then emerging conflict between evolutionary science and religion. Learn more
