I don't feel so lost now. I found where FT and Wingers made their announcement. Now as far as Mahone..that was not a surprise at all to me. I kind of figured it out awhile back.

Oh sure... play humble-rumble all day long... you know you're lovable even if you try your very best to be mean and ornery.

Wanna marry my cousin?

What? You're down to one cousin left? There's news.

I knew that if anyone figured it out, it'd be you. Not much escapes your notice ;)

Perhaps because your relationship facebook status has "engaged." :P

Lol. Not doctor who, but she is working towards a medical doctorate. So, literally speaking, you could be right ;)

No TARDIS? Bummer... on the plus side she's a she, so she has that going for her.

Ah, but did you also know it was someone on this forum? I'll be disappointed in your well renowned investigative talents if the answer is no :P

I did because I think you mentioned it to me once. But I have no idea who it is though. But I will figure it out. :)

I got my vegetable garden planted! I still have the 'exotic' lettuces' to plant. Need more bark rock and soil for that. Then it is watch, water, weed if need be and WAIT. OH, and I am planting bunching onions aka green onions in with the 'exotic' lettuces.

Like to kill myself doing it. Those 1.5 cu. ft. bags of very wet steer manure blend are HEAVY, so are the 2 cu.ft bags of even wetter bark rock.

Also got my planter boxes of mints done, the hanging fuchsia, petunias and the Topsy-Turvey tomatoes. (10 tomato plants, and only 1 had died so far) Whew- All in one day!

I shall announce:

I picked up a new part-time job to add to my full time job. I dunno if it's something to celebrate, but I just might be able to put enough away to replace my poor, tired, old Honda.

Funky's fiancee is on lds.net? Pray tell me - who! So I can sabotage it!

She doesn't really come around much.

Oh... Wingy and Bini is on a race...

Nah -- Bini's a couple months ahead of me.

Why does this thread have a ring of "hell has frozen over"?

I've been to Hell, and it was really cold. So it's prolly frozen over multiple times by now i'm pretty sure.

(and yes I'm serious, unfortunately my family lost the card I sent from there as proof :P)

Yay for Judo!!!

Lol, yes. I can only laugh at myself now. Usually, I pick up on things really quick, but this thread has pulled out one of my very dense moments. Now, looking back on everything I'm picking up all the little subtle hints I missed. And my initial guess was supposed to be a joke. Maybe that was why I got thrown off...

Anyway, congrats Wingy! I think you enjoyed toying with me like that. ;)

AHA! You ARE pregnant. :hmmm: You like making people play guessing games, don't you?

Wingnut!!! I prematurely congratulated you without really knowing what your special news was. So now that I know.. Wow! Congrats! This is very exciting! When you start "popping" you'll have to post belly bump pix! No pressure of course! :D I'm overly enthusiastic about this stuff though, being a first time mum and all..

Yeah, I don't really "pop" so much as I just ... widen. Lol.

Hmm...announcements....

My neighbor moved out, so I get to park off street again.

My '94 Lincoln Town Car will roll past 300,000 miles this year, and it's still within one mpg of what it got brand new.

Since I'm single in Wyoming, the state pasttime being drinking, my social life is non-existant, but then it's cheaper this way so I'm better off as far as money goes.

I finally started a netflix account....oh yeah, baby :D

More updates as my boredom warrants

We signed up for the Netflix 1-mo free trial but were not impressed with the available selections online. Also, the download time is SUPER slow! Takes about an hour or more to download a movie. I'm guessing it's our network connection but that doesn't make sense cos our intenet is lightening fast! Eh, I dunno. Is this typical? And do the selections get better after becoming a "paid member"? Lol--off topic but needed to ask.
