pam Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 Just curious how many people that come to the forums also read the articles. Quote
lonetree Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 (edited) I read the one on Charles Schulz.(Oct 29, LDS Living). Edited November 10, 2015 by lonetree Vort and pam 2 Quote
AnnieCarvalho Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 I read quite a few of them. pam 1 Quote
Vort Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 The one on Schultz's daughter was very interesting. pam 1 Quote
Leah Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 Rarely. I've usually already seen the article or information elsewhere. pam 1 Quote
Guest Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 Someone in our YW presidency used one of the articles in her lesson a few months ago. I believe it was about different ways to support the family. Quote
NeedleinA Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 Forums are how I found the site. Tend to heavily prefer forums for the interactions and honestly tend to ignore articles since they are static. pam, Crypto and Jane_Doe 3 Quote

Crypto Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 I read them from time to time, depending on if the article looks interesting or not.You mean you don't have web analytic's to track what each user is doing! 0.oI like this place better now Quote
pkstpaul Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 I wish we had the feature of commenting on the articles. It looks like it should be present but I've never been able to comment. Quote
The Folk Prophet Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 I used to find quite a few of the articles offensive (I say that lightly...not like mortally wounded offended or anything close...just too liberal for what my sense of the mission of lds.net is/should be). That has, it seems, changed somewhat. I am "offended" less often. Quote
pam Posted November 10, 2015 Author Report Posted November 10, 2015 I wish we had the feature of commenting on the articles. It looks like it should be present but I've never been able to comment. There is that option. You have to scroll all of the way down to the bottom of the page of each article. Quote
estradling75 Posted November 11, 2015 Report Posted November 11, 2015 I scan it every so often and read if the article grabs my attention Quote
classylady Posted November 11, 2015 Report Posted November 11, 2015 The articles I read have been placed on Facebook and it catches my attention there. I read quite of a lot of them that way. I rarely go directly to lds.net to read articles. The Folk Prophet 1 Quote
Maureen Posted November 11, 2015 Report Posted November 11, 2015 I occasionally read an article via Facebook. I never come directly to lds.net to read an article, only to check out the forums. M. Quote
Blackmarch Posted November 13, 2015 Report Posted November 13, 2015 i'd vote for somewhere between the first two options, but as it stands the second option would probably be the technically correct as I'm not zealous in reading every article... but i definitely take time to scan over them every time I log on... I'd I find about 75% of them interesting enough to get me to read them Quote
Traveler Posted November 25, 2015 Report Posted November 25, 2015 I read the articles and find them to engage thought better than most posts. Quote
