Backroads Posted October 31, 2012 Report Posted October 31, 2012 So the plan for tomorrow is hanging out at home, watching scary movies, and handing out candy. The question is for what movies to raid Netflix and Xbox for. What are some of your LDS-okay favorites for Halloween movies? (I am not saying what we already have access/have seen 'cuz I want to see everyone's favorites regardless) Quote

carlimac Posted October 31, 2012 Report Posted October 31, 2012 Charlie Brown, Hocus Pocus, ET. Then you can go back to some of the oldie originals of Dracula and Frankenstein that genre if it turns your crank. I just started Practical Magic on my kindle. It's OK so far. Quote

Blackmarch Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 (edited) No one's mentioned the old B/W film, "the Haunting of Hill House"??????????? (one that i think is much creepier than poltergeist, other than the "something is trying to kill my family" aspect) watcher in the woods is a fun one. Something wicked this way comes Fall of the house of usher The Raven (really good one for halloween, kind of along the lines of hocus pocus). Harry potter series Nightmare before christmas Forbidden planet. Edited November 1, 2012 by Blackmarch Quote
