lol!  @Carborendum it's hard to be young, handsome, have a full head of hair, witty and charming. Believe me, I know firsthand.

And humble as well. :P

President Kimball...

I am old enough that Blacks gaining the priesthood happened during my life time... But young enough that I can't remember it being any other way

Exactly. I'm still trying to deal with my own humility.

Another McKayer here. I was baptized during the short period when Joseph Fielding Smith was the President of the Church. Without knowing anything else about me, that at least puts a lower limit on my age.

Kimball, and my parents were so proud that my ears resembled his. And told everyone.

Hey, I grew into them!

I'm totally ignoring @Palerider.  But David O. McKay was the prophet when I was born.

Dang - I was thinking I finely had an actual contact with someone translated.  BTW Prophet at my birth.  George Albert Smith.

PS - This may make me the sage orcal and wisdom of the forum :D

No.  Brigham Young was the prophet when Palerider was born.

If you're finding it hard, there must be something wrong with you. I don't find it to be hard at all,

When you've been getting it as long as I have, you hardly notice it any more. :)

I really don't know---without looking it up, but I would guess McKay.  I can tell you with certainty though that Pres. Kimball was the prophet when I was baptized at twelve years old.

ETA: I just read the thread...so yes, McKay.  Though I hasten to add, it was in the last few years of his time.
